Killing Eve Recap: 3:03 “Meetings Have Biscuits”

Killing Eve 3.03 Meetings Have Biscuits

Andalusa
Villanelle (Jodie Comer) sits at a piano while a woman speaks Spanish to her. Villanelle follows the woman into a different room and kills her. The nanny holds a crying baby, but she puts the baby down and Villanelle kills her.

Back in England, Carolyn (Fiona Shaw) talks to Mo (Raj Bajaj) while in the bath and Eve (Sandra Oh) also joins them. They discuss that they need to get the thumbdrive from the police and that Kenny definitely did not commit suicide. Jamie (Danny Sapani) and the other three have a ‘meeting’ about what their next step should be.

Villanelle takes baby and sits at a restaurant with Dasha (Harriet Walter), who gets annoyed by the baby and puts her in a bin. Villanelle accepts her next job, which is in London, after some protest and saying that she isn’t ready.

Eve is at Kenny’s workplace and is looking at the bank accounts that Kenny found with Bear (Turlough Convery). They solve the Rubik’s cube and the letters spell Panda (which links to The Twelve), so Eve tells Bear and Jamie about The Twelve. They don’t know who the Geneva account belongs to, so Eve goes and asks for Mo’s help.

Konstantin (Kim Bodnia) visits Charles Kruger (Dominic Mafham) and Charles tells him that somebody is siphoning money from the Geneva account. He then asks Konstantin to somehow find him 6 million (the amount of money that has been siphoned).

Mayfair, London
Villanelle has arrived in London! She goes to a perfume shop and asks the owner to make her something that smells like power and a Roman centurion who has now become emperor. We all know that this is a reference to Eve being shot in Rome.

Geraldine (Gemma Whelan) tries to talk to Carolyn, who is getting ready for a ‘date’. Carolyn seems to accidentally bump into Henrik (an old friend) and they go out for dinner. Henrik works for the Geneva bank. She tells Mo and Eve that the owner of the account is Charles Kruger.

Villanelle is at a toy store and records a message via a talking bear. Initially she says “I should have shot you in the head.” She then changes it to “I can’t stop thinking about you.” Talk about a complicated relationship.

Eve is waiting for Nico, but learns that he has discharged himself and did not leave her a note. The nurse does tell Eve that he mentioned something about Poland.

Eve is on the bus home, texting someone when Villanelle walks up to Eve. Eve suddenly attacks Villanelle and they fight on the bus, which leads to Villanelle on top of Eve and telling Eve to smell her. Eve kisses her, but then headbutts her. Villanelle gets off the bus and watches Eve drive away.

A bruised Eve arrives at the office and tells everyone she does not want to talk about it, but ends up confiding in Jamie. Meanwhile, Mo and Carolyn are on a stake out to spy on Charles. Charles sees Carolyn and tries to run, but they catch up to him while Villanelle is dressed as a police officer watching them. Eve figures out that Carolyn is in danger from Villanelle and tries to call both her and Mo. Carolyn sees Eve’s text just before Villanelle shoots at the car, but Charles is dead in the back seat.

Villanelle watches the news which shows the baby being reunited with her father, who is some well known politician. She comments that he looks “so happy”. Konstantin comes home and gets into bed, but Villanelle is under the covers and scares him. She tells him that she shot an accountant (Charles Kruger) and Konstantin looks surprised. She also tells him that she wants to find her family.

Eve also finds something in her bed, a teddy bear. It says “You wish I was here.” Eve listens to it on repeat.

Overall Thoughts?
I really enjoyed this episode. We finally got the Villanelle and Eve reunion and we even got a kiss, I was definitely not expecting that. They kept us on our toes this episode and it had a lot of funny moments. I can’t wait to see what the next episode brings!

What did you think of this episode? Were you shocked by the kiss?  Tell us in the comments below!
