Funniest ‘Supernatural’ Episodes To Watch Before It Ends

Funniest Supernatural Episodes

It was mid-March last year when Supernatural actors Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, and Misha Collins came together for a video to deliver the news that their 15th season will be the last. Tears were shed, fans were heartbroken (pretty sure we still are), and fellow Supernatural stars and crew shared their sentiment. Now, we only have a few months and episodes left until the finale airs on Monday, May 18.

And so, as we count down the days to the finale (and to cure the gut-wrenching pain in our hearts, even just for a little bit), why don’t we reminisce and revisit the funniest episodes of Supernatural? From simple comic reliefs, to weird episodes to mind-boggling episodes to downright crazy ones, and even fourth wall-breaking episodes, Supernatural definitely knows how to make the audience crack up! Here are some of the funniest Supernatural episodes you should watch before the show ends:

Hell House (Season 1, Episode 17)

A prank war ensues between Sam and Dean and they meet paranormal investigators, Harry Spangler and Ed Zeddmore, all the while trying to investigate a house being haunted by a man who killed his six daughters during the 1930s.

Tall Tales (Season 2, Episode 15)

Aliens? Weird enough. Urban legend involving an alligator in the sewer? Even weirder. This episode managed to confuse the boys (and us) and lead them into a fight they did not expect.

Bad Day at Black Rock (Season 3, Episode 3)

Sam and Dean come across a lucky but also very cursed rabbit foot. Those who touch it will become unbelievably lucky, but once they lose it, their lives will be in danger. This is definitely not Sam’s lucky day.

Mystery Spot (Season 3, Episode 11)

It’s funny, it’s mind-boggling, it’s poignant, and it gave Sam a hundred painful Tuesdays to remember. Mystery Spot finds Sam and Dean in the middle of a supposed “time loop” while investigating a mystery spot.

Ghostfacers (Season 3, Episode 13)

Sam and Dean run into self-proclaimed ‘professional’ paranormal investigators Harry Spangler and Ed Zeddmore once again in this reality TV-inspired episode. Also #JusticeForCorbett.

Yellow Fever (Season 4, Episode 6)

Dean gets infected with a strange illness that causes anxiety and full-blown terror, and now we get to see him running away from a cute little Yorkie.

The Monster at the End of this Book (Season 4, Episode 18)

Sam and Dean discover that their entire lives are being written by a prophet (is he really a prophet though? *wink*) and have been published into books.

The Curious Case of Dean Winchester (Season 5, Episode 7)

Live fast, die young! Literally. Sam and Dean come across a witch who runs a high-stakes poker game where you bet years of your life.

Changing Channels (Season 5, Episode 8)

The trickster (or is it?) is at it again as Sam and Dean get stuck in an odd and dangerous universe full of realistic sets of various TV shows where they have to take on ridiculous characters and play their parts.

The Real Ghostbusters (Season 5, Episode 9)

Becky tricks Sam and Dean into attending a Supernatural fan convention, and now they must hunt the real ghost who appeared in the middle of their live action role playing game.

The French Mistake (Season 6, Episode 15)

This iconic episode will never be forgotten! We’ve got Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles as Sam and Dean pretending to be Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles playing as Sam and Dean. I’m sure you get what I’m saying. *wink*

Season 7, Time for A Wedding! (Season 7, Episode 8)

It’s every fangirl’s dream to marry their favourite fictional character and it just got very real for Becky Rosen. Meanwhile, Dean has to team up with Garth to solve a string of unexplainable demon deals.

Party on, Garth (Season 7, Episode 18)

Sam, Dean, and Garth need to get drunk to hunt down a vengeful Japanese creature that you can only see when you’re drunk.

Hunteri Heroici (Season 8, Episode 8)

Castiel decides he’s going to become a hunter like Sam and Dean, and together they investigate odd murders and events that are more cartoonish and odd rather than scary.

Fan Fiction (Season 10, Episode 5)

The fourth wall (or is this the fifth wall now?) is broken yet again as Sam and Dean investigate a teacher’s disappearance, only to find out that the students are putting on a musical based on their lives.

Scoobynatural (Season 13, Episode 16)

Time to watch Supernatural cartoon-style! And not just any cartoon, Scooby Doo! Scoobynatural is the seemingly impossible Supernatural/Scooby Doo crossover, and yet, here we are, seeing Sam, Dean, and Castiel as fully animated cartoons.

And there you have it! These funniest Supernatural episodes will surely give you a good laugh. Get the “Bitch” to your “Jerk” or the Dean to your Cas, grab some popcorn, and watch these hilarious episodes today!
