The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman
Goodreads | Amazon | Book Depository

I read this book earlier this year and loved it! The story is about a middle-aged man who goes back to his childhood home. Memories seem to return to him, and he remembers the farm-house that was at the end of the road and the peculiar girl who lived there. He hasn’t thought of her in quite some time, but just by sitting there he begins to remember the strange and frightening situations that happened to him as a little boy.
