Six years later and after five seasons, Breaking Bad is back with it returning on Netflix for a special movie event!
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie reunites fans with Jesse Pinkman (Emmy-winner Aaron Paul). In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.
In an interview with the New York Times, Aaron Paul said that while he loved the way the show ended for Jesse, he’s excited about revisiting the role. “It’s a chapter of Breaking Bad that I didn’t realise that I wanted,” Paul said. “And now that I have it, I’m so happy that it’s there.”
This gripping thriller is written and directed by Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad. The movie is produced by Mark Johnson, Melissa Bernstein, Charles Newirth, Diane Mercer and Aaron Paul, in association with Sony Pictures Television.
The movie stars Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman, Jonathan Banks as Mike Ehrmantraut, Matt Jones as Badger, Charles Baker as Skinny Pete, and Larry Hankin as Old Joe.
El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie premieres October 11th on Netflix.
