I was recommended to this book by a friend who is a medical Lord(and no mean writer himself) it is a delight, and brilliant..to end it with a two page foretaste of your next book…already ordered from the big A.

I found Mice and murder in my small local library and feared they wouldn’t bring in the second so I periodically chatted with the staff about the first and kept reminding them a second would be coming. I finished it in two days. It does not disappoint. I love the history, the people’s problems either compounded by or worked through by their personalities, the dastardly and the daring!, the unifying humanity through the class structures. I love Gabriel and Wright and Delphinium. Perhaps her girth suggests kittens in the future? I long to read about them clinging to and climbing on Sir Gabriel. I now start my vigil and campaign for the third and hope more and more people discover them. Thank you, Sally Smith and thank you, Elise, for this interview.
