In reply to KD. I agree. Hudson is life. Yes it was heartbreaking when Jaxon and Grace's bond broke, but was it ever real...? Yes they loved each other. Jaxon still loves her in a way. The mating bond was never real which is why they didn't die when it broke.

I’ll be honest, I loved the Jaxon and Grace relationship, however Jaxon was always trying to do everything for Grace and always trying to protect her because he’s a guy, and “that’s what the guy does” to be honest, after Grace developed a relationship with Hudson he pushed her more to be herself and to become the real Grace. The Grace he loves. Not the Grace he wants to put on a self like a fragile human to protect. Grace is more than a human. She’s a gargoyle. A FREAKING GARGOYLE. That has to count for something and Grace loves her gargoyle and Hudson showed Grace to love her for herself. Now that Hudson and Grace are together I see it as Jaxon taking more of a brother role. Jaxon’s soul is fixed. Thank you Nuri. Grace and Jaxon were never meant to be mated either way. Grace was destined to be mated to Hudson and she loves Hudson. Respectfully, Grace does not deserve the hate for not still being with Jaxon. Flint has had his heart broken when Grace and Jaxon were ”mated” but truth be told they were never meant to be and if the Bloodletter wouldn’t have interfered then Jaxon and Flint would maybe have something. We all remember Jaxon checking Flint out in the 2nd Book yes? I think what Grace and Hudson have going on is something worth fighting for. Precious. Once in a lifetime. However Grace does not need all the hate guys.

I’m so pissedddd Tracy made Grace do Jaxon so wrong like why couldn’t she just develop Jaxon and Grace’s relationship more so that Jaxon could grow to see her as an equal. Hudson could have just been her bestfriend they did not have to get together. It’s messed up because Crave set us up to believe Grace and Jaxon were endgame, how heartbreaking. My heart bleeds for Jaxon, fuck Grace #overit.

Team Hudson all the way if you would read the 3rd book you would get it. He accepts all of her and pushes her to be stronger, independent, yet still will risk it all for her if it’s a last resort but he always trusts her to fight her own battles
