Amongst Apple TV+’s new original television shows is The Morning Show, which stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.
Executive-produced by Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, who star alongside Steve Carell, The Morning Show explores the high-stakes world of morning news and the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning. Told through the lens of two complicated women working to navigate the mine field of high-powered jobs while facing crises in both their personal and professional lives, The Morning Show explores ego, ambition and the misguided search for power.
Starring Jennifer Aniston (Friends), Reese Witherspoon (Legally Blonde), Steve Carell (The Office), Billy Crudup (Almost Famous), Mark Duplass (Creep), Nestor Carbonell (Bates Motel), Karen Pittman (Luke Cage), Bel Powley (A Royal Night Out), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Belle), Desean K. Terry (Scorpion), and Janina Gavankar (True Blood). The series is written by Kerry Ehrin of Bates Motel and directed by Mimi Leder (The Leftovers), both of whom also serve as executive producers, along with Michael Ellenberg.
The Morning Show premieres November 1st on Apple TV+ with 10 episodes.
