CBS All Access’ Interrogation is a true-crime drama series in which the viewer becomes the detective.
Interrogation is based on a true story that spanned more than 30 years, in which a young man was charged and convicted of brutally murdering his mother. Viewers will see the day of the crime and then follow the evidence like a cold case detective, abandon the linear narrative and determine their own investigative path by watching the episodes leading up to the finale in any order.
Starring Peter Sarsgaard (The Looming Tower) as lead detective David Russell, Kyle Gallner (Outsiders) as the accused Eric Fisher, David Strathairn (Good Night, and Good Luck) as Henry Fisher, Eric’s father, and Vincent D’Onofrio (The Godfather of Harlem) plays Ian Lynch, an Internal Affairs officer who ends up becoming Eric’s biggest ally.
The series will be produced by CBS Television Studios and Fabrik Entertainment. Co-creators Anders Weidemann (30 Degrees In February) and John Mankiewicz (House of Cards, Bosch) will serve as executive producers alongside Fabrik Entertainment’s Henrik Bastin and Melissa Aouate.
Interrogation premieres on February 6th with all 10 episodes releasing at once on CBS All Access.
