It has now been a year since a resurrected Lucifer released its fourth season on Netflix and we are highly anticipating the next season of this devilishly good drama with the first half of Season 5 releasing it on August 21st.
It’s time to get reacquainted with our favourite fallen angel in the lead up to Season 5, so if you don’t have time to rebinge the series, we’ve rounded up a few fantastic episodes from each season for you to watch and enjoy once again!
Season 1
Episode 1: Pilot
The beginning of the epic tale of the devil who takes a vacation! It’s only fitting that this is where your binge should begin. Lucifer teams up with Chloe Decker to investigate the murder of an old acquaintance.
Episode 4: Manly Whatnots
In this episode, Lucifer tries to seduce Chloe, who is just not like the other ladies and here is the start of the courtship that would last four seasons. A must-watch considering how Deckerstar will hopefully be one of the main plotlines in season 5.
Episode 9: A Priest Walks into a Bar
A priest teams up with Lucifer to investigate a drug case. It also offers further insight into Lucifer’s relationship with his dad (umm…God) and also about the way he looks at the world. One of the most gut-wrenching episodes of the series.
Episode 11: St. Lucifer
Lucifer discovers he likes doing good. Need I say more? And also, we’re treated with a glimpse of Lucifer’s heavenly singing.
Episode 12: #TeamLucifer
Lucifer works with Chloe to clear his name when he is framed for murder. In this season finale, Lucifer asks a favour of God.
Season 2
Episode 2: Liar, Liar, Slutty Dress on Fire
Lucifer meets his mother on Earth and learns much-needed information about his banishment to hell.
Episode 4: Lady Parts
Chloe has fun! It’s time for a girl’s night out and it is BOUND to be interesting when your squad includes Mazikeen. Chloe investigates the death of a girl with a triangle-shaped ink stamp on her hand.
Episode 14: Candy Morningstar
Lucifer gets married! Newly married to Candy Morningstar, Lucifer returns to Los Angeles. Chloe investigates the death of Ash Corrigan, a musician in a local band.
Episode 18: The Good, the Bad and the Crispy
In this season finale. Lucifer finally decides on his mother’s punishment.
Season 3
Episode 1: They’re back, aren’t they?
Lucifer gets his wings back, but no, he isn’t happy about it. Also, we get to meet the Sinnerman in this episode.
Episode 3: Mr and Mrs Mazikeen Smith
The episode in which Maze almost falls in love! Maze is on the hunt for a serial killer Ben Rivers and it takes her to…… interesting situations.
Episode 13: ‘til Death Do Us Part
Pierce and Lucifer pose as a married couple to uncover the murderer of June Lee, a criminal whose death seems to be connected to her role cooking ecstasy.
Episode 24: A Devil Of My Word
Chloe sees Lucifer’s devil face!
Season 4
Episode 1: Everything’s Okay
This was a long-awaited episode. Chloe returns a month after seeing Lucifer’s devil face. They go back to working on a case together, but can it really be that simple?
Episode 4: All About Eve
Eve is back on earth! Lucifer runs into Eve at Lux, while Chloe and Lucifer investigate the death of a jeweller, Pablo Silva.
Episode 9: Save Lucifer
Maze does a grand gesture for Eve and Lucifer’s powers are out of control. This is one episode with a LOT of emotions, all running high.
Episode 10: Who’s da New King of Hell
This is the last episode we have so far. Lucifer saves his nephew from demons returning from hell. And finally, FINALLY, Chloe and Lucifer admit their love for each other.
